Mill/Turn equipment allows for a fully automated precision machining process.  By utilizing Mill/Turn technology, one is able to efficiently produce complex machined components at reduced manufacturing costs.  An added benefit of manufacturing CNC Turning Products in a single operation is reduced lead-times.  By eliminating the need for multiple machine operations, MTP is able to ship finished product, the same day it goes into production.  No need to wait for multiple operations to complete in order to get product en-route to the end user.

MTP has one of the largest lineups of Doosan TT1800SY machines in North America. By utilizing redundant machine cells, we can efficiently avoid production bottlenecks by delegating production demands from one machine cell to the next in order to keep a smooth flow of production through the shop floor.  This redundancy allows for added flexibility for production scheduling and shop floor management.  Since all machines utilize the same tooling, programming, and operating requirements, MTP staff can can efficiently divert from one item to the next with a high degree of efficiency.
